The Amiss Defencing Branch (ADB), a wing of the Goni Military Equity Trust of Bangladesh, is a non-profit, service-oriented national organization dedicated to crime prevention, anti-corruption operations, public welfare, and legal assistance. Employment & Registration Opportunities

1. School-Level Enrollment (Class 6 & Above)

Students of ADB-registered schools receive 6 years of training alongside their regular studies. After completing the training, they receive priority recruitment in ADB with pension benefits and salaries ranging up to 1,00,000 BDT.


2. Nationwide Recruitment (Every Upazila / Thana)

We are accepting applications for:

  • Honest & courageous field workers

  • Officers

  • Volunteers (ADP/ADB)

ADB provides secure employment with pension benefits, completely free from bribery or corruption.


3. Special Employment Support for Retired Army Personnel

Retired ADB-registered army members receive assistance in obtaining jobs in:

  • Reputed private companies

  • International missions

  • Specialized field operations


4. Non-Profit Organization – Donation-Based System

ADB/ADP is not a profit-making institution.
Members willingly donate their own funds to support social service activities.
Donations are non-refundable.

If someone joins by placing a security deposit (Jamanat):

If the person resigns or leaves:

  • Within 10 years → 30% deduction

  • Within 20 years → 20% deduction

  • Before full service period → 10% deduction
    After deduction and organizational settlement, the remaining amount is returned.


Eligibility & Priority Criteria

Priority Will Be Given To:

  1. Children of army families

  2. Children of donor families

  3. Martial arts (Kungfu) experts

  4. Widows, disabled individuals, and Hijra community members

Martial arts candidates must have Black Belt, strong discipline, courage, and patience.

Officer Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC or higher

Volunteer Requirements:

  • Basic literacy

  • Honest and self-dependent


Volunteer Responsibilities (ADP Members)

Volunteers must submit at least 2 online complaints per week (directly or through a representative), identifying:

  • Oppressed persons

  • Helpless individuals

  • Victims needing legal/social support

After 90 days of evaluation, they receive an ADB/ADP ID card.

ID Card Benefits

ID-holding volunteers receive:

  • Legal support from ADB lawyers

  • Protection from land grabbers, extortionists, corrupt groups, and false cases

  • Free district-wise transport facilities (by showing ADB pass card)


Recruitment Path

A. With Security Deposit (Jamanat):

Priority direct recruitment

  • Salary structure begins after training and verification

  • If employment ends, deduction rules apply (10–30% as mentioned)

B. Without Security Deposit:

A step-by-step development program:

  1. Phase 1: “Kheya” (2 years, unpaid volunteer)

  2. Phase 2: “ADP” (2 years, unpaid volunteer)

  3. Phase 3: “ADB” (Basic salary only)

  4. Phase 4: Full salary + all benefits


Salary Scale (Basic Salary)

  • Soldier: 4,000 BDT

  • Non-Commissioned: 5,500 BDT

  • Junior Commissioned: 7,300 BDT

  • Commissioned: 10,000 BDT

  • Full salary after allowances: Up to 1,00,000 BDT (based on position & performance)

Performance Requirement:

Members receiving full salary must submit monthly:

  • 30 verified complaints

  • 30 work order reports
    Submitted directly to the CEO.
    Failure to submit results in withheld salary and benefits.
